As the construction industry increasingly adopts Industrialised Building System (IBS) and precast methodologies, the success of these systems depends not only on design and technology, but on strong technical understanding and effective site execution. These priorities came into focus at the “Advancing IBS & Precast Construction: Practical and Sustainable Solutions for Installers” seminar organised by CDL Academy and Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM). Held on 5 February, the seminar brought together industry practitioners to strengthen system knowledge, improve installation practices, and support consistent, high-quality IBS and precast construction.
