Welcome to CDL Academy
CDL Academy is the professional learning and development platform of the YTL Cement Group located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Since 2019, we have supported the industry’s journey towards achieving construction excellence by developing skilled and qualified construction personnel.
Through structured training, knowledge sharing and strategic collaborations, CDL Academy equips industry practitioners and tertiary students with practical skills and insights that support industry excellence. As a hub for learning and exchange, we connect industry, academia and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth. CDL Academy is also a registered HRD Corp training provider.
The facility includes training halls, breakout rooms and a large space for live product demonstrations. Located next to YTL Cement’s Construction Development Lab’s cement and concrete labs, we offer an immersive experience that combines theory with hands-on training.
