What is ECOCem™?
Our range of low carbon cement alternatives that incorporate a minimum of 25% recycled material. This approach effectively minimises the environmental impact in two significant ways. Firstly, we incorporate suitable waste materials as alternative materials. This reduces carbon emissions during cement production. Our ECOCem™ products exhibit 20-50% lower CO₂ emissions compared to CEM I Portland Cement (OPC).
Secondly, by reusing waste materials that were previously destined for landfills, we actively contribute to reducing landfill. The majority of our products in this range hold green certifications. This includes the triple certification of Mascrete LH, which is certified by SIRIM Eco-Label, Singapore Green Label, and Singapore Green Building Product, as well as the Singapore Green Label certification of Castle.
