OBYU Tower

A unique, eye-catching, architectural building, the OBYU Tower (formerly known as Point92) was designed by the architect firm Zlg Design and stood on 0.92 acres of land, with a total build-up of 200,000sqft of mixed materials.

Casted in-situ with our special mix of Agilia™ concrete, the contractors could bring the unique architectural features of the building to life, and at the same time, give the building its rustic, bare-finish look. Construction completed end of 2012 and the building was certified green building by Malaysians’ Green Building Index (GBI).

Sentul D6 Link

A unique architecture at the heart of Sentul, the striking façade of D6 and its green landscape made for an inspiring location for its tenants. The unique design required a complex material mix of concrete, glass and wire mesh frames to achieve a remarkable outlook that blends well with the green gardens housed in the buildings. The construction works were intricate and special mixes were designed to ensure a good flowability, consistency and reduced thermal profile.

SMART Tunnel

Stormwater Management And Road Tunnel (SMART) was a major national project, constructed in 2003 (completed in 2007) with the purpose to solve flash flooding in Kuala Lumpur and simultaneously to channel traffic away from the major congestion roads, Jalan Sungai Besi and Loke Yew flyover at Pudu, during rush hours. The 9.7 km (6.0 mi) tunnel is the longest stormwater drainage tunnel in South East , second longest in Asia and the world’s longest multi-purpose tunnel. In 2011, the SMART tunnel received the UN Habitat Scroll of Honour Award for its innovative and unique management of storm water and peak hour traffic. We had provided ready-mixed concrete for slabs and sulphate resistant cement for the tunnel lining segments.
